Welcome to CHAT, Christian Health and Testimony. Just as human bodies need food to stay healthy, our souls need nourishment for spiritual vigor. Poor food choices fail to keep us well nourished and deprive us of health and stamina. When physically fit, we use energy to perform tasks.

Likewise, it’s easy to slip into spiritual routines that starve us spiritually. Spiritual wellbeing makes us stronger to testify to the grace and goodness of God.

What does it mean to be spiritually nourished? Good indictors of spiritual vitality start with consistent conscious prayer, not rote memorized phrases. Bible study involves research and meditation, not just reading. While positive changes in eating patterns cause improved bodies, committed changes in spiritual routines will reap healthy rewards. 

If you declare yourself to be a Christian, I challenge you to move toward more abundant fellowship with God by “asking the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, to give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation so that you will know him better” (Eph. 1:17 NCV).

If you haven’t met Jesus, I invite you to follow CHAT and come to know the One who loved you enough to give his life for you. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16 NKJV).

I desire through CHAT to:

  • offer information, encouragement, and hope
  • help you become spiritually fit in order to honor God with your entire being.
  • encourage spiritual growth to become what God designed you to be.
